Shipping and Returns

LRM Beauty ("we" and "us") is the operator of LRM Beauty ("Website"). By placing an order through this website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.

Shipping and Dispatch

We offer free shipping on all orders that are placed through our website. We aim to process your order within 24 hours. We aim to dispatch your order within 48 hours of placing your order. However this may be subject to delay. Orders that are placed over the weekend or over a bank holiday, your order will be processed but will be dispatched the next working day (Tuesday).

As soon as your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email outlining your order and tracking details. Tracking details may take up to 48 hours to appear. 

      Change Of Delivery Address

      If you require the delivery address to be changed, please email us at support@lrmbeauty.co.uk as soon as possible. We are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.

      Sales Tax

      Sales tax has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website.

      Items Out Of Stock

      If an item is out of stock, we will cancel and refund the out-of-stock items.

      Damaged Items

      We understand that during the transportation of your items, that on occasions, may get damaged. Upon receiving your items, please fully inspect them for any damages defects. If the items are damaged or defective, please contact us immediately and we can assess the situation and deal with it appropriately.

      Please note, we will not be held liable for any damaged to the out packaging.

      Lost or stolen items.

      There may be times when you are not able to take receipt of your parcel for many reason. The courier may try to deliver your parcel another day. The courier may also leave your parcel in a safe place or deliver to a neighbour. If the items have been left in a safe place or delivered to a neighbour, LRM Beauty will not be held responsible for any lost or stolen items. If such a situation occurs, please contact the courier immediately.

      Cancellations

      If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.
